Anyone else doing them? How frequently? I had one nurse tell me once a week was sufficient and another say one can do them up to every three days. How many cc/ml do you pop each time?

  • One ml, once a month.

  • I've had two so far. Not sure of the dosage. One was pre-op and the second was this Monday. I think I noticed more of a difference this time (post some weight loss).

Just a note - you can buy the vials and syringes at Amazon.com.

I love Spark by Advocare (fruit punch flavor, yum). Each 8 oz drink has 750% of your B12 and B6, with amino acids to help with focus power. It definately works. I feel an energy rush immediately and lasts a long time. You can have up to 2 per day. I usually just need one about 2 o'clock, along with a good cup of coffee about 8am and I am set. I have friends who have replaced their morning with coffee, I just cant do it. It would be perfect for those still in the healing stage.

One every 3 months for the first year. Then every 6 / 12 months if your levels drop.

The dose: 1 mg

I'm one year out & have gotten a b12 injection every mth.
