uh oh!

So, I just at a super small salad. I think I may have had one bite too many. I feel sick and like the food won't go down. Should I throw up? I've been struggling with knowing when I'm full. I don't get the "full feeling" anymore.

If I walk around and can burp, sometimes I'm ok! But I'm 10 months out and just got sick on beef stew. I actually feel better now and ate a little more to replace it. Hopefully, it will pass. My nose will start to run and I can hardly talk, and then I know that it is not staying down.

Don't throw up, the food will go down, just give it 15 mins or so. We have all done it. Just sit quietly, do something to take your mind off how you are feeling and it will pass.

Then remember the feeling next time u are eating and avoid that last mouthful ;-)))))

Thanks so much! I need to pay close attention to my body as I eat, so this doesn't happen.

I also pat my stomach if I feel a little too full. Tiny sips of water also seems to help push it thru
