  • I think slow loss might just be a good thing. Your skin has a chance to tighten up better that way. Like you said if the inches are coming off that's all that matters. The scale is slow too!!

Great progress. You look AWESOME (especially the SMILE)! I'm 7 weeks out and almost 40 lbs down but still can't see it in my photos. I took a picture this weekend in my bathing suit showing my terrible hips, thighs, and knees and really wanted to cry. The only thing that stopped me was the posts from people further into the journey than I am, posts like yours with the awesome photos...these are the encouragements that help me with my patience and realistic goal-setting. Thanks so much for sharing!

Thx!! I think I'm a slow loser because its not as fast as others. It's gotten so bad I rarely weigh myself now... I just let the inches fall off. 11 weeks and I've only lost abt maybe 35 lbs. but I started @ 264, and I'm 5'8. I feel great though!! I feel lighter already! Lol

Awe!! Thx so much! My boyfriend would cringe if he heard that! Lol! I love the red lipstick on me I'm not a make person @ all but I am noticing the more I am losing the more confident I am becoming!

Hot mama! You really look amazing!

your pictures are beautiful

Looking great! I think the part where you say you feel lighter is what is most important. Numbers on a scale are just that, numbers. I totally believe the best way to judge your success is how you FEEL! The better you feel, the more successful you are....Congrats and much future success!!!

Yes!! I totally agree!! I enjoy feeling lighter. This just motivates me to not worry about the scale and to be an even better person!
