I never been a Milk drinker, the taste f premier protein shakes are good but it takes at least an hour for me to drink them because of the milky taste.Any advice please?

Problem free recovery! I'm 21day's post op.And doing really good down about 20pluse lbs eating good drinking a lot taking vitamins. Just follow doctors orders.First 2 day's you maybe tired I was up the 2nd day walking after my swallow test.

I find that when moving around it makes me want water more.I'm almost 3weeks out doing good.Just don't like protein shakes unless they're really cold.

Mine's was 10-10 and I feel great! No pain drinking ok getting in atlease 70grams of protein daily. See my doctor next week maybe I can move to puree food.
