I was sleeved July 3, so I'm 11 weeks out today. I believe I've had good weight loss. I've lost 47lbs since surgery, and 57 counting my pre op diet. So why am I stressed? I'm always hungry, all foods agree with me, and I feel like I'm doing this 100% with will power alone. I got this surgery because my will power sucks. I could sit and graze all day if I allowed myself. I track on MFP every day to hold myself accountable. I average 750-850 calories, 30g carbs, 70-80g of Protein and 60-70oz of Water. I try to exercise 3-5 days a week. I weighed 243 on Monday, and as of this morning I'm 247.5!? What gives?? I'm just so frustrated with this "diet" consuming my entire life. I'm constantly worrying, and weighing, and tracking, and thinking of what I could eat at my next meal that will have enough protein, but no carbs. Ugh! I don't want to be like this the rest of my life!! I got this surgery young (23) so I could ENJOY the rest of my life... not stress about it.
End rant.
Thanks for reading/listening.
