Lost 65 in 8 weeks!

My surgery date was June 18, 2013. On the morning of surgery, my weight was 365 lbs with a height of 5'6". This morning I weighed in at 300 lbs. I am too excited. Will post pics once I lose 100 lbs.

That is awesome!! Did you do a preop diet where you lost weight as well?

Great job!!!!!!

Way to go.

That's fantastic!

Terrific!! I hope to lose 30 at least in 8 weeks :-)

I do Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds 4-5 times per week.

Which one do you have? I have the 3 mile from Leslie, but I am only 6 days post-op and have opted for 30-45 mins of walking daily. Guess I should give her a try!!! Congrats on your success!
