  1. I'm 7 months out and I consume 750 calories, 20 grams of fat, 50 carbs, and 60-80 grams of protein.
  2. Looking fabulous!!!! I, too, was sleeved in June. My surgery weight was 365. Today I weighed in at 227. I plan on having a body lift once I reach my goal weight of 180.
  3. I'll be 5 months post op on Nov 18, and Muscle Milk Cookies and Cream is the only protein shake that I like.
  4. Soocalchic, you look wonderful!!! Did you have any plastics?
  5. Gracensmomie, you look awesome. We were sleeved around the same time and our stats our similar. I'll post pics when I can build up the nerve.

  9. I was sleeved June 18, 2013. My day of surgery weight was 365 pounds. July 18, I weighed in at 330, Aug 18, 300. Sept 18, 285, Nov 18, 257. I stalled for about 2 weeks at around 3 weeks post op and for about 3 weeks around 3 months post op.
  10. Thanks for the advice. I definitely thought that my skin would bounce back since I'm only 32, but boy was I wrong. It's not horrible or noticeable in clothing, but my goal is to look good naked.
  11. I was told that I could never have carbonated drinks again. I'm happy, because I used to drink about a 6 pack of soda on a daily basis.
  12. I'll be 4 months post op on Friday and my scars are barely noticeable.
  13. I was sleeved on June 18, 2013 at 365 pounds. This morning I weighed in at 275. I walk for an hour about 5 times a week and I also do a high impact cardio workout daily. I was told that AA's skin bounce back quickly, but after losing 90 pounds, I'm certain that I am going to need plastics. Other factors such as age, genetics and health also play a huge part in the skin's ability to bounce back. I plan on getting a personal trainer to guide me as far as weight training, but my doc told me that after your skin has been stretched out so far, it's nearly impossible to get it back to its original state.
  14. Sleeved on 6/18/13 at 365 Current weight 277

  18. Hi everyone!!!! I was sleeved June 18, 2013. My surgery weight was. 365. Post op month 1, I was down to 335. Post-op month 2, 305. Post-op month 280. I've been doing everything as far as eating and exercising by the book, but the scale has not moved in the past 2 1/2 weeks.
