How many calories per day?

What is your average calorie intake on a daily basis? I am just outside of 8 mos post op. I had some post op complications and had to have back surgery unexpectedly in December. So, I am just starting on my fitness pal and exercise is limited to walking at the moment. I have had steady weight loss since surgery - but now that I am recovered from my rough 2013 - need to get serious about what is going in my body. My intake today was 900 calories.

I'm only 4 weeks out, but my doctor wants me at 800. I've been between 600-700.

800 is my number, but I usually net around 600 after exercise.

I'm 7 months out and I consume 750 calories, 20 grams of fat, 50 carbs, and 60-80 grams of protein.

i am 14 months out and i range between 1250 and 1500. i exercise on average 90 mins per day. on the days i don't, i eat closer to 1000. on workout days i need more otherwise i would pass out!!

About 850/day.

I average about 800 calories a day but net about 600 usually after I exercise.
