after surgery, make sure you walk off any gas you might have "acquired' :o

you just had major surgery and hopefully you can get well deserved/needed rest

family/friends can help you??? - especially if you have kids et al

The hard part is getting through all the anxiety you are experiencing and second guessing yourself....When you start getting anxious, do something that will keep your mind busy. For me, this has been a blessing and I have had no complications at all. In fact, I'm at goal. So CONGRATS and I can't wait for you to join us on THE BIG LOSER'S BENCH......:P
