yes you will. A "meal" will be about 6 to 8 oz after everything is stable. Remember the "rules"... no liquid with meals, Protein first, and smile (well that last one is more a guideline). I am abo

Yes you will be fine. I had the same thoughts. Every day I saw improvement. But don't be discouraged if you don't see it everyday. I am 9 months out and can drink plenty and eat just enough. I'm glad

Enjoy it while it lasts you're in the very active weight loss portion of your journey. In time like the previous poster mentioned you will eat more.

Hi guys..I am a little over 2 weeks out and at the soft mushy pureed stage...heres my question: Right now Im getting in a few teaspoons and Im completely stuffed even if I eat slow and chew chew chew...in time will this go away? I mean will I be able to consume a little more that a few teaspoons? Getting nervous about nutrition and dehydration. Thanks guys!
