100 pounds gone forever

  • Popular Post

I had surgery on March 18th 2013. My weight at surgeons office pre surgery was 398. As of this morning I am 297. Total loss of 101 pounds so far. I have been averaging 1200 calories a day and either walk the hills near my home or bicycle every day for anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes. I have gone from a size 54 waist to a 42. I'm super grateful for the sleeve and look forward to working towards my goal of 220. At 6'2" I feel that would be a good weight. This sleeve works if you work it!
