First weigh in since surgery..

  • Popular Post

I was sleeved on July 17. I have lost 28lbs!

And I am now on phase 2 of my post-op diet. I actually got to eat Tomato Soup! Going for an egg this evening! Taste so good after being on all Clear liquids for the last 21 days!

Careful with the egg. Ive heard of people having issues digesting eggs after surgery. Not myself, I havent had a food yet that didnt agree with me. Blessing and a curse.

Even steak?

You lost 28 lbs in less than a full week??? Congrats, but this seems too extreme. Are you counting the pre op diet, too?

Counting from my last weigh in (July 9). They didn't weigh me day of surgery (July 17). So loss is from July 9 to July 23.
