  2. I was sleeved on July 17. I have lost 28lbs! And I am now on phase 2 of my post-op diet. I actually got to eat Tomato Soup! Going for an egg this evening! Taste so good after being on all Clear liquids for the last 21 days!
  3. I am 7 days post-op and I've been sleeping in my recliner all week. I can't get out of my bed without help. I made the mistake of laying on the bed today when no one was home it took me 30 minutes to wiggle my way to the edge and get up. Sadly my cell phone was across the room.
  4. I was sleeved 7/17 and I have slept in the recliner since coming home. Pain has been minimal and I have a liquid pain med to take as needed. I see my surgeon tomorrow for a follow up. I can't wait to get off the clear liquids and actually get food...even if it is mush/blended.
  5. I get to start mushed soft foods on Thursday. Cooked cereals, scrambled or soft boiled egg, mashed or boiled no skin potato, plain yogurt, pudding, cottage cheese, and soup ( have to run that in blender). I am so ready to be off clear liquids!
  6. I get to start hot cereals, like Cream of Wheat, next week. I am looking forward to getting off clear liquids. I was sleeved July 17.

  11. I am home and have my recliner set up with everything around me. Now to get the husband to quit being a mother hen for a bit and I may be able to catch some zzz's because they don't let you rest well in a hospital. I have an amazing husband and he is so good to me so I should just let him pamper me.
  12. I found the page but how do I locate the group. The page just shows thank toys to supporters and a few recipes. Edit..... I figured it out I blame the pain meds... lol
  13. I get to come home today. Doctor just left and told me about my surgery and how good my liver looked and how ugly my gall bladder was... lol. He said I was doing really well and if I wanted to go home I could.
