    It's an emotional time, and normal...it makes you more aware that you are loving yourself enough to move through this & make changes. Please let me know keep me posted as you go through the stages...xx

    Very encouraging Mary. My date is the 24th and I am quite nervous as I have only had one other laparoscopic surgery and it was emergency to remove a tubal pregnancy. I pray that all goes well for all of us. Tried the liquid diet today and completely failed after 8pm. Tomorrow will be a new day. Any tips on keeping things together at night with the liquid diet? I decided to start early since I am on vacation this week. Thanks.
