I would suggest going to smoothie king (not sure if you have one where your at) ask for a gladiator smoothie and pick 2 flavors like strawberries and mango. The gladiator will have 30 grams of protein in it. If you can drink a 20oz you can get most of ur protein in almost one cup..its an alternative

I also had my surgery on july 1st with Dr.Bina in Houston. I came home yesterday around noon. Sipping and walking. I have to admit my body is “waking up" from the anesthesia and if you think its air your trying to let out think again ...RUN to the restroom .. there is no warning .. sorry if Its Tmi but it just happened to me. Time for a shower .. but listen to your body

Im from Houston as well and my reports were filed to the insurance company last Saturday, which I confirmed with neweigh this past Tuesday. Im waiting for an approval from thw the Insurance company. I did not get a date from my drs office.. should I request a date?

I'm thinking about getting sleeved soon. My insurance has been approved for baratric surgery. I have an appt for intake on 1/28 and I met with the surgeon on 2/4. Any advice you would give me that wasn't given to you?
