can your stomach stretch

I'm almost 2 months post op and I've lost 65 pounds but I'm worried that there is a possibility my stomach might stretch. Two people that my wife work with used The same Dr that I did and I can't believe how much they can eat. Is there a chance that it will stretch?

My doctor told me that it's unlikely provided you avoid overeating and soda. Hope that helps!

I don't overeat or drink sodas so I guess I will be OK. Thanks for answering. How is your journey going?

How far out are the people you are comparing yourself with? You will find that as the months pass you will be able to eat a bit more.

I'm 15 months out and I can eat so much more than I could at 6 months. I still eat protein first but there is room for extras now. I have to be very careful what those extras are.
