  2. What a twerp!
  3. I do crunches and zumba. I started slowly and worked my way up.
  4. It depends on your plan. I know of some people that were on pureed and soft foods very quickly. My doctor didn't put me on soft foods till 6-8 weeks out. I didn't do regular food till at least 3 months and I eased into it. I would check with your dietitian to be sure of their plan. Good luck!
  5. My doctor told me that it's unlikely provided you avoid overeating and soda. Hope that helps!
  6. I had a reduction 3 weeks after my sleeve and I am so glad I did! My girls may shrink, but they are staying where they belong. No knee knockers for me!
  7. Hi Pixie! I slept in the recliner for a week. It really was the most comfortable position for me. As far as liquids, get in whatever you can. I sipped on warm tea, which was really soothing. Check that you are allowed it first (some doctors are different). I promise it'll get better. Also, take those meds right on schedule as long as you need them. Good luck!

  15. Thanks for all of your help. I have spent hundreds of dollars on different Vitamins and it's getting a little old. I have some pills here. I will try one and if I have a problem I will give the gummies a try. Thanks again!!!
  16. Hi all! I am 6 weeks post op and am having serious troubles with the chewable viatmins. They taste terrible and I don't know how much longer I can handle it. Does anyone know when I can start taking Vitamin pills? I am allowed to take my meds in pills form, but I wasn't sure about the Vitamins. Thanks for your help!!
  17. OIKOS is the best I've found.
  18. I can't tell you for sure about the chocolate or wine, but I know the no straw is due to air. Sucking through a straw will cause you to take in air bubbles; just trying to keep you from having the air. Good luck with everything!
  19. My NUT told me that if I have to chew, it's not pureed. It can be thicker than liquid, and include things that you grind up. You can puree meat in broth to eat now. Hope this helps.
