Greek Yogurt

Has anyone found a brand of yogurt we can have?? Even the plain Greek yogurts I have found have 5 grams of sugar, isn't that to much?

Thanks!

I was told less than 10g of sugar.

Get the plain, non-fat and add your own sweetener to it (splenda or whatever you use).

My plan is to use plain Greek yogurt because the protein is so high, then use flavored Stevia drops. My doctor says no more than 5 grams of sugar so I was trying to get as low as possible. Thanks!

I like Danon Greek and Mueller Greek, you should not have it with fruit in it I think. Get vanilla or plain fat free. The more expensive mueller isn't mixed with its fruit content and can be eaton seperatley as plain yogurt out of the side of the carton its stored in, tastes real good. I think Yoplait is the best with sugar and calories, 100 cal greek yogurt, just tastes like regular yoplait, I don't like it so much but it should be passable for sure. They do have X2 Protein Greek yogurt too you know ?

btw, the Yoplait is probably the only one you'd want of the 3.

OIKOS is the best I've found.

Dannon light n fit greek is good
