I hadn't really tracked my calories before surgery (unless I was hot and heavy on some diet) but not immediately leading up to my surgery. Looking back, I was probably averaging 2500 calories a day with days topping 3000 and other days closer to 2000 (when I cook more and don't eat out).
Now I am between 1000-1200 at 7 weeks out.
What about you?
