I read on one of these posts of someone take protein with collagen in it.. I can't seem to find that post anymore. Does anyone know the name or brand of the protein? I would love to try it.. Just don't know what I'm looking for.. Also where is everyone getting their unflavored protein powder? Can't seem to find it in stores..

My unflavored protein powder is Unjury. I don't know about adding collogen. My body already produces too much due to my auoimmune disease.

I have done a deit plan called Ideal Protein before thur my doctors office and they have a big selection of protein drinks that has that in it. Just google ideal protein and it should tell you where it's sold near you. It is very $$$ but everything gets mixed with water and tastes amazing! My skin glowed on this product, I'm thinking after my surgery I may start buying it again beta cause I was very impressed!

I use the nectar unflavored Protein powder. For RTD I like Premier from costco (Sam's in some places).

I've read that the collagen-based protein is not good because we can't absorb the protein. There are a bunch of threads on here about it. Not sure if this is true, but I avoid it.
