Now I have decided to wait till September 9th just because it is summer and I love it. I've droped a little better then 20 lb. I have joined in a little but watched an read about every day. I work outside, as a mail carrier- mounted delivery. So, any workouts are done inside!

I must ask, mounted delivery doens't mean horse right??! JK! That would be fun tho. I am in Rockford and we are headed up to Indian river for the weekend to escape the heat. I am nervous and excited for this surg!!

Hi all this heat whips me was working out in the woods today about noon I know I'm dum had to quit this heat about did me in had to get inside and get some Water. But ok now. Other good news got my insurance approval yesterday looks like september 9

Welcome Doug! I'm from Kalamazoo but vacationing at the beach in South Haven this week. Too hot!! A couple hours at the beach at a time is all I can stand, then it's back to my AC house!! The evenings and sunsets have been gorgeous though:)
