This sounds good. Are you talking dense Proteins? I eat less dense proteins than when i eat soft foods. I don't eat foods that have high carbs and I stay away from foods with sugar bc I'm addicted to sugar.

CONGRATS! You've lost 88 lbs! That's fantastic! Keep ROCKIN THAT SLEEVE! :P

It is recommended that you eat 3 meals and 3 snacks daily....I only eat 3 meal and 1 snack....I hate feeling full all the time so this is what I do.....A Snack is a small amount like a 1/4 cup of nuts.....Forget it....for me....I just eat when I am hungry and that seems to be 4 times a day.......

I eat meat for every meal and I eat vegetables every now and then.

My surgeon recommended three meals of 2-4 ounces and one protein shake a day. Absolutely no snacking in between.

I'm surgeon recommends 3 meals a day. One of these meals is a protein shake. He says if you absolutely must, you may have a snack. It's so interesting how surgeons differ so much!

Protein is the secret to weight loss for sure......If you are losing slowly and want to speed the process up...Then drop a couple of snacks.....How ever seems to me that you are doing fine........Keep up the good work!
