    Just a cost comparison. I had it done in Orange Co. Calif. and paid 18000.00 cash.(ugghh!) out of my own pocket. Doc parcticed 22yrs. and he had created innovations he designed in sleeve procedure to avoid any reflux. The procedure and post op have been flawless. I have no issues. I am 5 days out.

    How much is the cost if you are getting the surgery in Mexico?

    It really depends on the doctor. I paid $4,000 and Dr Illan was my surgeon.
