I thought I would kick off the fun for August Sleevers! So here we go!!

I am scheduled for Monday August 19th! Let the countdown begin!!

I have a date of August 29th. I have not technically been approved yet, the paperwork was submitted as of last Tuesday. I really wanted August 13th, I am in school and it would have given me 10 days before I had to be back in class to get over that initial hump, without missing any class, but my surgeon took a two week vacation. I requested the first day after he gets back. It might mean a missed day of school, but I am just going to do it. Otherwise I have to wait until December. Let's go approval letter!

My husband and I are both being sleeved as well. . Our date is August 3rd with dr.kelly. Who are y'all using?

We're going to Dr. Alvarez in Piedra Negras. I should probably be concerned about the surgery itself but i find myself worrying about the liquid diet bit more. Really if I could eat nothing but 4 Protein shakes a day, would I really need the surgery??

I'm sure we'll get through it, but I worry about failing before I even start. Positive thoughts!

Any of you who are scheduled August 12th going to be in Mexico!?

I am also august 5. My ins only took 5 days to approve. I'm super excited and nervous!!! I will have a one week per op diet
