    Doing the Happy Dance - August 6th in Columbia' date=' SC. I started my pre-op diet yesterday - Protein shake for breakfast, Protein Shake for lunch and a sensible dinner... Not so bad! The shakes seem to keep me pretty full.[/quote']

    Hi Beachbum, I'm on Aug 7th - can I ask you which shakes you're drinking? I can't find one that doesn't have that "gritty" texture and I rally don't like it. Thanks!

    I start my pre Op diet August 06 and surgery date August 20 my nerves are So bad the closer I get to my surgery date it's a big Step but I'm ready

    Congrats!!! I have 12 days until I start my 14-day pre-op diet. The nervousness is beginning to set in. lol

    We are sleeve buddies!! I'm really scared about this pre op diet. I start on Thursday too. Just picked everything up from the surgeon for it. What kind of protein shakes are you going to use?
