      Out of surgery and all went well so far!! I'm feeling pretty good just tired. Oh and thirsty. Lol. They won't give me anything until tomorrow. My doctor did find a hernia which he also repaired!! I

    Hi Beachbum, I'm on Aug 7th - can I ask you which shakes you're drinking? I can't find one that doesn't have that "gritty" texture and I rally don't like it. Thanks!

    I start my pre Op diet August 06 and surgery date August 20 my nerves are So bad the closer I get to my surgery date it's a big Step but I'm ready

    I got the call earlier today that I was approved! Only took a week for my insurance to approve!! Find out my surgery date on Friday for August sometime!

    Met with my surgeon today, and picked up my pre-op shakes....only 28 days until I am sleeved! Small victory for me today, I have lost 7lbs since my lab appointment :D :D

    Congrats!!! I have 12 days until I start my 14-day pre-op diet. The nervousness is beginning to set in. lol

    We are sleeve buddies!! I'm really scared about this pre op diet. I start on Thursday too. Just picked everything up from the surgeon for it. What kind of protein shakes are you going to use?
