    Well today is prepping day for surgery tomorrow @ 8 am. going to make the toilet my best friend today...LOL. I wish all speedy recovery. :D

    Hey ElaineB. That will be great to keep in touch! I am on FB and yahoo. let me know what you prefer. I just found out yesterday that my surgery has been rescheduled to August 19th now! :blink: It has been moved twice now since my last post, so I am beyond ready to get this over with. My pre op diet is to start with protein rich full liquids for one week, and then on the second week it will be protein rich clear liquids to follow for a total of two weeks liquids.

    2 week pre op. Protien shakes, sugar free jello and popsicles, and soup. Ugh its been awful.

    I was schedule for July 15 and my doctors office called and moved me up to Friday July 12 yeah. I had my IV Filter placed in on this past Monday July 8,2013 still a little discomfort but I got out and walked a 2 blocks. I" so ready for Friday. Everybody stay encoruaged.
