Slider foods

I've been reading the forums and I often hear people referring to slider foods. This has not been discussed with NUT so I would love for someone to explain and give examples of what they are. Disclaimer before the sharks attack: im not planning on eating them, just want the info!! Thanks.

Popcorn, potato chips, cheese doodles, ice cream. Most anything that dissolves in your mouth and seems to me high carb, sugar and the stuff we were all guilty of eating too much of.

Ice cream. I can eat it like I have not been sleeved

Chips, crackers, ice cream, cookies, chocolate, donuts, cake, tiramisu, the list can go on and on and on..........................................................
