Miso soup

Ok it is not high in protein but also not high in sodium , fat or carbs. Let me know what u think

I drink the already made miso broth from Whole Foods. 30 calories a cup is a pretty good deal for me!

I just had the blue and the red one not sure of the nAmes but they are just so sweet. The isopure Dutch chocolate protein shake is really good .
