My bw was 225 acc now I'm on 185 so far pretty good... is so rewarding that I can finally fit on the jeans I been saving for years with the thought "I'm going to lose weight and these will fit again" y eat normally, just have some problems on sizing my portion on meals... how you guys been so far? I'll post some pic.
  4. Sure... thanks for the advise I'll call my doctor and ask
  5. Omg!! I'm right there with you... it's like you feel tired after every meal... what kind of laxative ate you taking? Did the nut. Prescribed you?
  6. Hi all... I was sleeved on May 29th. I'm surprised how easy is to me to easy solid food now... I almost ate a complete chicken leg yesterday!! It's that normal? I also drink like half of a cup of water in one sitting... I do get stomach ache if I eat to fast or to much... how are your experience so far? I lost 20 pounds in total... I'm stall and have difficults to do number 2 (only been 3 times after surgery) does that had to be with what I'm eating? How are you guys going do far?
  7. How long is the stall going to last? Is it because I'm eating solid food now?.. I only been in the potty for 3 times after surgery =/ I'm ready frustrated.. idk what to do =(

  9. I lost 17 pounds within the whole process, I been stuck in 200 since last Friday.. I'm going to weight me today to see if I lost or not.... =/
  10. I'm 2 weeks from surgery and I'm eating yoghurt, tuna, boiled egg, chicken breast in small bites... I don't have a hard time eating fruits and stuff... just that I needed to progress to the smash food quicker because my body can't handle protein shakes
  11. I'm 5-4" my highest weight had been 225 and I was at 215 on my surgery date on May 29th. Now I'm 200, but it seemed I got stuck there =/ I'm going for my 4 weeks post opp... I haven't actually set a goal... idk, what do you guys think it will be a good goal weight for me? My doctor said 160 wool be good.. idk
  12. Thank you guys for posting this.. I'm also going for 3 weeks.. my recovery has been excellent and I progressed to the mash food more quicker... I drop 17 pounds after surgery but since Friday it seemed to stop.. the scale is the same and I'm kind of gaining too... =( glad to hear that is normal.. I'm so looking forward to see that scale dropping!!
  13. That happened to me too... after 2 days of surgery I had my period. It lasted 9 days!! I'm so irregular... does it get fixed with the weight lost?
  14. Which one did you tried?
  15. How are the isopure beverages? The clear ones? I can't take any any protein shake makes me sick... I just want a review from someone that tried them.. =)
  16. I tried veggie soup, and other kinds of soup in the restaurant... I only drink the liquid and leave all the solids in the plate.. but that has been my life saver since I can't handle protein
  17. I guess I have to try one that doesn't get me sick =( thanks fir the options
  18. I hate the walmart brand... specially the chocolate one.. is there other option?
