  3. im a little over 8 months out now and my original goal was 145 and im at 167 now. at first it seemed like a great idea to be in 120's because thats what my doctor told me. but then i started thinking too myself "hell i dont wanna be THAT skinny either"!!! Im at 5'5, 167lbs now and im already getting the "omg you're gonna disappear" and the "please don't lose anymore weight" comments. and im just like i got about 20 more pounds to go and theyll be in shock. so now im just thinking to myself. maybe 150/ 155 would be a good size for me. i feel amazing however with my weight now ... i wouldnt mind maintaining this but a few more pounds wouldnt hurt

  15. so lately ive been feeling a little discouraged. im almost 2 months post op and its been about three weeks that i got back from my trip meaning that im no longer getting help with my meal plans and routine as i had been during my first month recovery. now im doing this all by myself and i gotta say its damn hard. ive been failing to keep up with my Water intake and my Protein im trying the best that i could. now being back into my regular routine back home its like i dont know where to begin. ive been choosing healthy meals trying my best to eat every 2 hours like my doctor indicated, but it just doesnt happen that way every day and im worried about if im gonna be able to do this the right way. i finally got my Protein shake today, the other one i drank was giving me milk allergy. and i also got my Biotin and Vitamins so i know my energy is gonna come back. i havent been to the gym in about a week and i havent walked as much as i know i should have. i think my reality is setting in and i just need a little push in the right direction again to see if i can get my head together and wrap it around what i did again. i had an incident where i threw up after i ate because of over eating which definitely reminded me of what i had done so im slowly but surely getting the hang of how much i can eat and just what i have to do for my health as a whole. some words of encouragement?? please throw them my way...

  19. I was actually thinking the same thing and I went on a hunt here on the website to find an answer. Ive lost weight as well not as much as you yet but im just starting out! but people have come to me and said wow you look like youve lost so much weight or wow you lost weight since last week when i saw you i cant believe it. and im just sitting here like uhhhhhhh i guess i dont know!! lol i do definitely notice it in my clothes i was a 14 and finally fit into a size 12. sometimes even you hit a point where you lose inches but not weight. sometimes its due to hormones because of your period or maybe lack of water intake. i know its happening but i heard that it takes some time for your brain to actually register the weight loss. in your brain youre still think oh im fat so even thin you might not feel it. just give it time and also keep looking at those pictures and listening to what people tell you to remind yourself! its happening girl we did the best thing ever for our selves!
