How are you doing on the following...

Protein (65+ grams)

Water/non-caloric liquids (64 oz +)

Carbs: Some of us seem to stall or slow down if we add too many carbs (amount varies from person to person). I'd like to keep mine at 50 net carbs (carbs minus fiber) to see how I do.

Calories (didn't get clear guidelines for this but I'm shooting for 800 calories)

Aerobic exercise: 30 - 45 min most days of the week

Vitamins: I take Bariatric fusion complete chewable 3x daily (contains everything so I don't have to take separate b12, Biotin, etc.)

Sleep: went through 2 weeks insomnia and was stalled the entire time.

Just some food for thought.

Surgery was June 25. Add of today I am 19 lbs down since surgery. Stalled for about a week. Every few days I get sick as I learn of new food intolerances. Still happy I did it but will be glad when this part gets better. List 24 lbs preop so down 43 total at this point

I do good on protein and Water. I wear a pedometer and get my 10000 steps in a day but I don't formally exercise. sleep is good most of the time. I take my Vitamins. I wasn't told to take Biotin but I might start. I rarely eat pure carbs like bread Pasta rice etc. I was never measured before my procedure but I am down a size in clothes. It feels like I have lost more than the scales say.

I can relate to feeling sick easy. Every few days something makes me sick. No regrets though

Just checking in everyone.....I was sleeved on May 15, 2013 and from the day of surgery I have lost 32.5 pounds and have gone from a size 18 to a 14 and an XL top to a Large :D

Surgery was May 15. Down 38 lbs and three sizes! 42 more pounds to go!

Surgery date: 5/31

Start: 253

Current: 218

Loss: 35 pounds in 7 weeks

You may be losing inches and gaining muscle. My try to add in some exercise that use different muscle groups than you're used to. Mixing it up can help.

Things I can't currently tolerate: mayonaise, ranch, creamy soups, peppery smoked fish... anyone else having issues? Surgery was 6/25

So far there's nothing I haven't been able to tolerate...not sure that's a good thing.
