  1. I am taking a 10,000 mg Biotin pill (over the counter) a day. I am also using Biotin and Callogen shampoo and amplifying lotion (available at Walmart). They also have conditioner and other Biotin and Callogen products. I can really tell the difference in the less amount of hair falling out.
  2. I was sleeved on May 6, 2013. I have lost 56 lbs total. 43 lbs since surgery. I am very pleased with my progress.

  6. I am a left-side and stomach sleeper. I had no problems sleeping on my left side right after surgery. It was about 2 weeks before I could sleep on my stomach comfortably.
  7. I was sleeved on the 6th also. No pain at all in my stomach. Only pain where he repaired a hiatal hernia. I'm walking around the hospital to relieve the gas. It really hasn't been too bad
  8. Good luck. I am scheduled for 8:30 Monday morning. I am nervous and anxious. I won't sleep at all Sunday night.
  9. My surgery is Monday May 6th. I am really starting to feel anxious and nervous. I know I won't sleep at all tomorrow night!
  10. Today started my 2nd week of liquid diet. 5 shakes a day. It really hasn't been too bad.

  12. Has anyone used a dr. in Jonesboro? I have a friend who lives in Paragould and would like to have this surgery.
  13. My only concern with you being 15 and having the surgery, is that right now at your age, your hormones are going crazy. There are so many changes already going on with your body, that one huge change, like having surgery, may cause major depression. Definitely talk it out with your therapist and be open and honest.
  14. Mine is 2 weeks. 5 shakes a day. Starts April 22nd.

  18. You look awesome!! How long did it take you to lose to 100 lbs? I am excited, but I have the "head games" of what if!
  19. You can add 1T of sugar free/fat free pudding to it. I make a cinnamon roll flavored with vanilla shake, butterscotch SF/FF pudding and a dash of cinnamon. So good!!

  21. I start the 2 week diet on April 22nd.
