So happy with the sleeve! Have had no intolerances with very little pain or discomfort and have followed doctor's orders to a "T". Started weight training at the gym last week and will start Water aerobics next week.

Had my 6 week post-op appt on the day following a 3 day stall only to discover that I wasn't eating enough. I was getting the Protein and water in but only 600 calories. Nutritionist explained how important it is to take in calories with appropriate carbs and fat to loose weight. After adding whole wheat flat-out bread' date=' whole wheat pitas and whole wheat skinny buns to my diet (along with veges) and increasing calories to 1,000 I have lost 6 lbs this week. I don't expect it to continue at that rate but it sure feels good!

My husband was sleeved 3 wks after me and he is doing well. I will be glad when we can eat the same things though!

Good luck to all. Keep the motivation coming![/quote']

Yep! Sounds like you need an antacid or up your dose. Just spoke to my nut yesterday about the same prob.. Call your doc or nut, it'll help.

Try taking antacid 30 min before you eat. I take pepcid 20mg twice a day.

I'm not doing so well despite good restriction Ive only lost 29.5 lbs since surgery on May 21st. It's difficult to see how michigan slower I'm losing compared to most of you. I can't really exercise due to knee problems but I'm crawling along anyway.
