Yep, it can be. I'm almost 6 months out and have very little appetite. I'm ok with it

I'm hoping for no appetite :) That would make healthier food choices easier for me I think.

I don't have much of an appetite (5 weeks out), but occasionally I do have a little craving. It's winter here in Oz and the devil made me put baked apple and lite custard in the oven last night - curse him/her, it was fabulous in our rather cold family room (gas heater on its last legs). Now I can't get the darned stuff out of my head.

I am so hoping I feel just like you after my surgery!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You guys are lucky.

Yes it is normal. At about the 4th month post op I began to experience a empty feeling.... Not the hunger I felt pre op..... The freedom is wonderful....

I'm only a week post op and have zero appetite. Had a family birthday last night and had no desire to eat anything. Hope it stays that way!!!

I was sleeved Feb 21st. I have not had any hunger pains. I have a hollow feeling and I am assuming that is my new hunger feeling. My new tummy still makes noise like its hungry but I can't feel it! My "grouch pouch" is really loud at night.... makes me giggle
