I use My Fitness Pal to track everything - lots of us here are on there. If you join up you can friend me - losingitlittlebylittle is my username there! :)

Yes, My Fitness Pal has been great! I use it every day! I also like that you can print out your food/exercise diaries/reports - it is an easy way to have something to bring into the doctor's office for check-ups.

Thanks for asking this .. was curious as well

I also like my fitness pal, but another good one for quick water tracking is called waterlogged.

My fitness pal. They have apps for most phone platforms, tablets and computers. You can track all your food intake and exercise and there are many of us that are "friends" there than offer support and chat etc. I like it because I can link apps like Runtastic Pro or a fitbit or numerous other things into it and you aren't constantly logging stuff.

thanks! I never know how much I'm actually getting. Will look into that.

*I signed up. My name is CWrens

Thanks everyone! Just signed up

Another vote for MyFitnessPal. I track everything I eat and all my exercise. It's paired with a Fitbit that I almost always (sometimes I forget) carry with me. It's a great tool.
