Weight loss stall

I was sleeves 3/26/2013 and have lost 50 lbs, but in the last two weeks I haven't lost a pound. I was wondering is this common, or has anyone else had this problem?

  • I been on a 2 week stall and over the weekend I just lost 6lbs out of no where. So just hang in there keep doing what you are doing and I will come off.

I'm too experiencing a stall! I'm worried because im only 10 days post op. I'm down 17lbs but haven't seen lost on 3 days! I think it triggered when I started full liquids. #waitingpatiently

I am having the worst luck on weight loss, at least in my opinion compared to what most everyone else does. I am 5 months out from surgery and I am only down 45 pounds. I lose maybe 4 - 5 pounds a month, it is horrible!! I am very discouraged!!!

Just give it a bit. Your body's adjusting. I just went through two weeks of not losing. It'll break.

We have almost an identical situation. I was sleeved on March 28th and have lost 50 pounds and also haven't lost any weight in almost two weeks.

This is the part where' date=' in the past, I would have probably said "to hell with it" and fall back into my old habits, but with the sleeve I can't really eat enough to do any damage, even if I wanted to..lol

Its encouraging to hear that other people have had the same "stalls" around this time and that everything turns out good.[/quote']

The weight loss started back thank God! I also started at the gym to help it along.
