Brain fuzz

I'm 7 months out from surgery. 90 lbs gone with my goal of 100 in sight. I struggle with portion control and protein, but otherwise feeling good. Only problem is brain fuzz/fog. A lot of people report this happens after surgery. Mine is a little better, but there are days when i struggle to find the right word or remember things. Doc says physically I'm fine. Have others experienced brain fuzz for a long time after surgery? Somewhat related, has anyone else taken Ritalin post-surgery? Ive been on it for years but effects after surgery have been weird. Thanks everyone.

Might want to look up Ghrelin and it's impact on new learning.???

I think you should talk to your doctor maybe the dosage should be adjusted. I have heard this being the case for some vsg patients. We process things a little differently plus you have lost weight. Aren't prescriptions based on body weight?I know this is true for my kids.

Are you getting your Bcomplex? I took 5000 mcg b12 sublinguals before surgery even and those helped me to feel mentally sharper.
