Me too I am also new. I am just now waiting for scheduling of the gastro sleeve hopefully I get the second week of June I am so excited!

You are both welcome. Explore, and feel free to ask questions. I use Unjury (google it, can only get on web, but they ship fast) for protein shakes...

This site is wonderful...it is informative and what is great is that the information comes from people whom have EXPERIENCED it all and whom are willing to share it all. So, welcome! I've been experimenting with different shakes that have been recommended on this site and I'm not liking any of them too much. I like muscle milk light (chocolate) the best (which is an RTD, or Ready to Drink). GNC has an unflavored whey Protien that you can add to any liquid or food item that blends well, and I love it because you don't taste ANYTHING. I just ordered Muscle Feasts unfflavored Premium Blend that seems really awesome with great reviews and 3 1/3 part mixture of casein, hydrolized whey, and whey isolate. Anyway, hope this helps! Good luck with your sleeve :D
