Hi everyone!
I'm wondering how long you waited post surgery to eat Cereal. Also, what kind of cereal did you buy?
I'm about 7 weeks post op and I've been feeling great (already lost 50 pounds). I'm sure I would feel fine eating cereal, but since we can't eat and drink at the same time, that kinda defeats the purpose of cereal
also, most of the cereals I've seen have ridiculous amounts of sugar (20, 30g in a cup). I found a Special K cereal as well as Fiber one that has about 10g in 3/4 of a cup. I'm thinking this might still be a lot. Any ideas? How much sugar do you consume in a day?
Thanks in advance for all of your replies!
