I want to cry...

So sick and tired of all the judgmental people in my life!! I just got the 3rd degree from a skinny minnie coworker about (healthy) recipes that I had posted on Facebook. Are you kidding me?? As if going thru this major life change wasn't hard enough!!! She's telling me by me posting recipes it's making me more depressed! Bullcrap!!! She's never been fat in her life and has no idea what it feels like!!! I hate cooking!! I was never taught how to cook so I never liked doing it!! Now with this surgery I'm forced to cook. I need to know that there are healthy EASY recipes that I can make!!!! Ugh!!!! So over people!!!!! Ok that's my rant for the day!!!

Tell her exactly what you posted here or post it to your Facebook page. Perhaps she was trying to be helpful and doesn't realize she is being judgmental. The only way to correct this behavior is to let her know, otherwise it is bound to happen again and you will be in the same position.

It is YOUR FB page, right? You can put WHATEVER YOU WANT on there. If she doesn't like it or doesn't have anything nice to say to you about it, then she should keep her mouth shut.

My guess is that she thinks she is being supportive when, her actions are clearly in line with steamrolling/sabotage

She's jealous your getting healthy and that's her way of lashing out. Tell her not to be a hater and if she doesn't like your food posts then either delete you as a friend or hide your posts.

I do agree that her friend should be deleted if she continues... What sort of "friend" does that to another??

Sounds like she read the latest "study" out there and she's pretending to be you're office know-it-all and at the same time belittle you. Blk her on fb.. Life is too short for people like that.

I love your responses!

I agree! ;)
