When did everyone start seeing a physical change? I was sleeved April 16th but I dont really see any changes yet

WOW, there are some recent posts that discuss body image, and suggest that WE may be the last to notice the 'stranger in the mirror'. But, if you are following the plan, the stranger is YOU!

Surgery March 8, So far 25 pounds down, clothes are too big, never know what size will fit when buying new clothes, people comment on weight loss sometimes, and I feel no different.

Self image is a hard one. I still see the same person in the mirror and others see some change.

I'll be glad to start noticing the change!

About 3 weeks out I started seeing little changes, my initial loss was in my face and a few people commented on that- one less chin. It wasn't until a couple of weeks after that as the swelling went down that pre op pant were loose. Give it time.
