Vets: Calling all consistent loggers on MFP!

Hi all,

I know there are plenty of MFP add threads out there, but most of the people I added in the beginning are no longer active loggers. I figure other people might have that problem too, and I really miss getting meal/snack ideas from there when I feel like I'm in a rut. I don't want to add from those threads because then it would be mostly people in liquid/pureed stages or who are several months out and can still only consume 2-3 ounces of food at a time. I'm hoping to add more friends that are past all that, so I'm starting this so we can all add some new MFP friends in similar stages as ourselves.

I'm coming up on 2 years post-op. I log pretty regularly. You can find me on MFP as EscapePod (without the underscore).

johnlatte - log every day (6 months out). I tend to eat a lot of the same things, but don't mind sharing a pretty boring eating routine.

Hey.... I'm a year out too. What a coincidence.

:)

I was on fitday for many years... just switched to MFP at the beginning of this year and like it so much better. My fitbit hooks up to MFP so I can keep track of my input and output and better balance them. LilMissDiva is there too FYI.

I'm 7 1/2 months out and I log in MFP every day. I'm tearle1 on there! I have a smaller group on there and we like to encourage each other!

I need to start logging in and learning how to track my food. I hope I can take a look at what some of you are tracking, even though I have nothing to share.

I need to start tracking my food because regain at 4 years post op is very easy!

Pardon my ignorance what is MFP

My Fitness Pal

It's an online community where you can log your food and exercise. It is free.

Some other free ones that I know of are

Calorie Count.about.com

Spark People

Hope that helps.

I love MFP. I log every single day and love giving and receiving support. Add me if you like!!! lilbearzmom is my member name. I am 5.5 months out and eat everything (protein, vegetables, fruit, carbs, etc.) in moderation.

Almost 5 mos out and eat normal. actingnurse1

I am almost 2 years out for surgery, and I have been logging at MFP since before surgery. I think I have a 560 day in a row record right now. :-)

I'm slsherwood51 there.

Libb3C is mine - I am up to like 740 days?
