Hi Everyone!

It is my 11 month surgeversary tomorrow so I thought I would post my progress pics. I am down 116 pounds and have 25 more to go to goal. The absolute best thing I could have done for myself. I am not the same person at all. I sometimes have a hard time keeping up with how I look on the outside. I still feel the same on the inside. Well... happier of course but still the same person! I hope to lose 5 more pounds before my 1 year. Then I will have only 20 to goal. I have to say, I didn't think I would get this close!!! It has been an amazing journey. I had to have my gallbladder taken out 3 weeks ago, but all is well!

WOW!!! Can I just say you look fantastic? I mean you look 20 years younger! It's almost like you could be the 'daughter' of your before pic!

Thank you so much Sheena. Sometimes I look at me now and I think I look older. I can't really catch up with my mirror.

You look AMAZING!!! 116 is my weight to lose to get to goal. Down 53 lbs. Of that now and 12 weeks post op! Can't wait til I am there! Congratulations again!

OMG , congrats u look Amazing ! Keep it up ! I'm only 3 weeks opt surgery tomorrow and I have lost 28 pounds already . I can't wait until a year from now .

Did your gallbladder issues have anything to do with the surgery

Yes, it did. I was fine at surgery. I asked my surgeon to take it out when he did the sleeve but he said i t was fine. 10 months of losing weight so fast I guess. It was worth it though.
