Sugar-free hard candies will give you gas. If you gotta have it, suck on a real jolly rancher (or whatever). This little bit of sugar won't harm you or your diet. Me, I have 1-2 Reese's miniatures a day. Perfect. Yum.

Sugar free hard candies won't give you any more gas than a jolly rancher would. If you must, try to find those vitamin c drops, that way you get a few more vitamins in. Be very very careful not to swallow it

It's probably not a great idea.......but I did it, about 2 weeks out. I don't know if it gave me more gas than a regular jolly rancher would, but I did get gas, I enjoyed it, wife...not so much. I only got gas when I ate around 4 of them. A few didn't seem to matter.
