How far out at you? I struggled with that the first few weeks. I'm now a month out and am feeling full after eating.

Why don't I feel full after I eat?

I never got full on liquids. Now that I'm on puréed and soft foods I definitely feel full.

I also started taking Prilosec for the hunger feeling and that helps a lot!

I was the complete opposite. After surgery, (6 months ago) I got soooo full with just a sip of water. Once I was able to switch to puree, yes u get even fuller. But fluids NORMALLY don't make u full because its not thick and it doesn't take a long time to pass thru ur stomach. :)

How does it help?? I am starving.

A lot of the "hunger" I felt was from the acid and not actual hunger at all.

I dont think we are supposed to feel "full " or we run the risk of vomiting. I am shooting for not growling right now and It is hard to get used to but I am slowly getting there.
