Question about lettace

5 months. The first use was wrapped around a hamburger patty. I slowly introduced salad after that. Still not really eating much salad, but will have the occasional side salad here and there.

I'm 2 months+ out and I can eat 1/4-1/2 of a side salad. I don't do it very often because it takes up a lot of space that I need for protein. Mostly romaine lettuce, no problems digesting it.

in the last two weeks, I've started incorporating lettuce with a grilled chicken breast... so far I am able to tolerate it with no problem...

oh, I'm 3 mths out...

im post op since dec 20th.. and my tummy doesnt like lettuce very much.. I avoid salads.. I can only eat like 1/4 of a side salad... too much for me.

I had some at about a 4 weeks out, i cant have a lot but it went down fine.
