I had dry skin pre-op and it has only gotten worse. I use Palmer's gel oil, lotion, and Vaseline with Shea & Cocoa. I also notice that on the days I don't get my fluids in, it is much worse with added itching.

Yes, and it gets worse!! I got a Clairisonic face and body scrubber from Sephora. It's pricey at $225.00, but so incredibly worth it!! I use the body scrubber once a day in the shower and the face scrubber twice a day! It really does a wonderful job of exfoliating the dead skin off and keeping me silky smooth! As far add body washes, I use origins perfect weather wash for my face and neck. (I have really dry patches and really oily t zone and it really balances me out! Add fat add body washes, I use the clarisonic refining skin polish, or a sugar scrub from victorias secret or bath and body works!! As far as moisturizers, fair my face I use the sephora brand oil free instant moisturizer, it doesn't make me feel greasy but really moisturizes me all day and night, on my neck, I use time arrest v zone neck cream by dr brandt from sephora, then I follow up with a thin layer of truth serum collagen booster from sephora. I've noticed a huge difference since I started adding the truth serum! I also do a honey-egg homemade mask every other night for twenty minutes and really keeps me soft! For body moisturizers, I switch it up everyday. I use cocoa butter at night and during the day, I use either Victoria secret body cream then put body lotion over that, or I use cream extreme buyer from bath and body then use a lotion on top of that! It takes time to do my daily and nightly lotioning, but it will be well worth it!!!

Yes!! Mine was driving me crazy then I recently went on another thread about lotions and tried one that was recommended. I'm using Palmers Cocoa Butter and it is awesome! My skin feels so soft' date=' my dry Patches are going away and I've only been using it for 2 days now.

How about chapped lips? Mine are so bad I constantly have Chapstick on them![/quote']
