If anyone wants to try it, email me.. again, not to make money, I can sign u up to get ur own discount or even sell u product at my cost .. I can't live without it now.
  3. Still looking for people on the Eastern Shore, Salisbury, Ocean City, Berlin, Georgetown areas??
  4. laid off... lost my insurance.... want to find a dark corner and cry. I'm almost 4mo postop but lots of complications.. idk what to do. Worried enough how to make the mortgage, utilities n kids. No money for doctors. Never felt quite so lost.
  5. I haven't until now, lol... but u can be sure I will be googling
  6. That's awesome, congrats!!! Are u sticking to the diet plan and working out?
  7. Me too lol.. sleeved july 17 and down 50. Slower than most but thrilled just the same :-)
  8. Anything with collagen. I use st ives skin renewing for my body and st ives timeless for my face. Both are inexpensive and have collagen elastin.
  9. I was losing a lot about 2 months out.. handfuls at a time. I have (had) very thick hair so no one has really noticed but me. Then I started using Fall Fight shampoo from Garnier... it has biotin in it and isn't expensive at all... can even get it at walmart lol. Used to use salon shampoo (Redken) but when I started using Fall Fight I swear I'm losing less. Idk may be my imagination but sure seems to be helping... and hey, can't hurt right?
  10. I am having the same issue. I thought I would have lost alot more by now- sleeved July 17. But I'll take my 50!! Still painful to eat... not in my stomach, but in the back of my throat, food just doesn't want to go down. I had it checked thinking I had some kind of obstruction but after a CTScan, sonogram and a sadistic doctor ramming a metal rod up my nose & down my throat (worst pain EVER), they couldn't find anything. Still having trouble drinking too- water & milk both make me nauseous now- used to LOVE them. About the only thing I'm able to tolerate well, and have become addicted to, is shaved sno-cone style ice. I crave it like nothing I've ever craved before. I can think of worse things to crave!!
  11. Congrats!!!!!! What's your total weight loss? I'm a ways from onederland but lost 50 so far :-)
  12. Ok july sleevers... we are now 3 months out... post updates!!! Problems? Weight loss? Celebrations? Let's share!!
  13. This may sound candid but yes I have... in fact I've been on the toilet for 3 days with the cramping pain I also have diarhhea...
  14. 3 months out and I have the worst cramping pains ever. I know its not a "monthly thing" because I had a hysterectomy years ago. I don't think its gas because gasx isn't touching it. The pain is so intense I can barely function. Anyone else? What helped?
  15. Also... the cold of the ice is so refreshing and now I crave that more than any food!
  16. I am also always very thirsty... I loved water preop but now it just won't stay down... so I got an ice shaver and now eat tons of sno-cone like ice and love it. I can eat a whole tray of ice a sitting... def helps w the water intake!
  17. Wow thank u all for ur support and encouragement. I love this site and the people in it :-). I have been trying to get the protein in but its been tough. I ordered some unflavored so I can start mixing it with everything. I also can't seem to keep water down... so I crush ice like a snocone and eat it constantly... usually an entire ice cube tray a night. I will keep on it, have a better attitude and come here often.... yes, we will succeed together! Thanks again... all of u!!
  18. Surgery was July 17. I see others losing sooo much more while I am already stalling. I know I shouldn't be comparing but I am so frustrated. I also know 35lbs is a lot and wouldn't have lost it without the sleeve... guess I'm just expecting too much.
  19. I was exactly the same way. Best thing I found was one of those ice shavers or snocone makers. I can sit and eat a huge bowl of shaved ice like it was ice cream... water itself makes me instantly sick but the ice is so cold and refreshing
  20. That would be fun :-)
  21. hello neighbor, lol. I'm in the same area... Did McCullough or Sofronski do your surgery?
  22. How are you doing now??? U are in my prayers....
