Yes...yes and yes they saved me..... I still use them and I am almost 4 months out. Stock up on them!

Yes they do but remember most people's pain is the surgical gas they fill your abdomen with... The only way to move that out is to walk walk walk and walk some more. Everyday will be an improvement. Gas x will help as well for intestinal gas.

How many do you take at once? In 2 days post op and needing some. I have 2 with me but should I just do 1 for now?

I am a year now after my vs not sure if its the food or the vs but I have tons of gas not sure what to take or do its not bad just air and can feel the pressure could be the food I am eating ps lost over 150 already :)

I take one and that seems to be enough. like lessofme said walking helps tons......especially in the beginning....
