I am almost 4 weeks post and have NO energy either. I was wondering if it was normal too.

I have this same problem. I just had a doctor's appointment last week and he said I have no energy because I'm not eating/getting in enough calories. He told me to up my calories to at least 800 a day, which is really hard at this point. By the way, I'm 5 weeks out.

Hope this helps.

Iron could be low? Your first lot of labs will tell the story :)

I agree with labs.

My energy levels fluctuate a lot as well and I'm at 3 months. I've noticed that sugar messes with my energy. I can have a lousy day if I have just a smidge too much juice.

Just a thought

Sometimes I use half a 5 hour energy and it does the trick for several hours. I was sleeved on 12/26. I also find that I have higher energy when I walk on my treadmill. I did try samples of ripped freak, and it gave me enough energy to walk for an hour versus a half hour.

I have more energy than I could imagine - I take my b12 and than ill drink half of a 5 hour energy. I'm awake for hours and hours.
